In brief the "workgroup" have identified a number of options and the detail below summarises each option.

Each option delivers different outcomes in terms of timing, return and owner contributions, therefore each owner needs to consider their personal position but also the wider ownership makeup and the ability to implement particular strategies.

The "workgroup" is trying to source more information but investigating valuations, legal advice, tax advice, ground conditions and other important matters requires money and funding sources are challenging. We have however approached The Office of Treaty Settlements to assist with funding consultants but nothing yet has been provided.
