Hi All,

Quick Update

1. Te Arawhiti, formerly the Office of Treaty Settlements have been in communication and outlined a draft timeline for the transfer of ownership to the beneficial owners and the process required to achieve the same. A copy of the draft program can be downloaded from our home page www.stickyforest.co.nz

2. Te Arawhiti in conjunction with the Maori Land Court have released a revised Application to Succeed. A copy of the Succession Application document can be downloaded our home page www.stickyforest.co.nz

3. Mediation with the Queenstown Lake District Council for the rezoning of the land is scheduled for 3th March 2020 in Queenstown, access remains the key issue.

4. Over the past few months we have attempted to make contact with neighbours, all of whom are property developers and the majority are not willing to provide access.

5. Recent article appeared in the ODT which frustrates the rezoning process. Read the article by click here or search ODT Sticky Forest.

6. Te Arawhiti were informed of the above article we expect a strong response to the above article outlining tot he Wanaka community of the land future ownership.
